Need Someone To Explain Vb.net Code To A Beginner.

HI.
I'm new to this....i need a coder to explain some (alot!) of code to me for a project i submitted as i may have to explain it to a teacher and dont know much about the code as i got alot of help with it along time ago.

if there is one particular person willing to be patient and spend alot of time on a live chat (msn messenger) then i am willing to pay for the help.
