I tried AC3Tool and BeSweet
But I can't get them to work with the PS2 files
Perhaps the PS2 audio files are none standard or not really .ac3 files :(
Any more suggetions?
I Found this. it convert dolby digital AC-3 Files to standart MP3 files by RiverPast. o dono if it will workor help.
Without having me click on any of those links, what are AC3 files?

havent used it before, but found it on google.
Not since I got my dvd setup. 5.1 is good enough for home use. 750 watts is enough for the apartment ;) I have a duplicate stereo that i took out of my van.
I really like digital audio. I wish my cable box supported it.

you could try converting to mp3 and then checking the mp3 file with Audacity to see if it was converted correctly.
What exectly are you trying to convert, Seemds like that sound file is corrupted in someway Advanced Encode Decode Tools converted my 50sec test sounds. :confused: :confused:
can u attach part (like 20sec) of that sound you can't hear see if we can?
