With Windows XP Pro, Can we create a Startup CD? or do we have to use floppy only. I dont have a floppy drive and I want to format C: and reinstall Windows.. any clue?

do you have the windows xp pro installation cd? if not then no you can't. you can make a start up boot CD that can only be used so fix windows xp its its installed only.
I think I have the CD, OEM works? how do i do that?

I don't know about the OEM CD's (it all depends on what they wanted!), but a standard Windows XP CD is bootable, and can perform the format/install functions for you.
Set your BIOS so that it looks at the CD first, and try the disk to see if it's bootable. If you can boot off of it, then you can format on the fly.
If not, you may be able to run setup.exe off the CD that installs after a format.
Oh Yeah It worked. I logged on to Recovery console and formatted my C drive.. thanks all!.. actually this is because of my problem with sound card!
