HTML code to read and write from cookies

Can anyone help me? I just want to develop a small HTML program to read and write from cookies. I just need two text boxes, one for the name of the cookie im looking for and the other will be any information that will come up about the cookie that can be changed or read. Then Ill have two buttons, one that will update and the other will do the search...Thank you for any help.
