Snarl Notification system

Ok I found this notification system I want to work into my app... Im looking at all the SDK info and im not having any luck.

It has a .bas file you add to your app which I did... and now im trying to get the code to invoke using a cmd click but i just cant seem to get it working

Attached to this post are the .bas file and the .html (renamed to .txt for uploading) file with the instructions.

What is snarl?
You have to have it running before this code is going to work
