CR 11 Resizing Image. Why?

I just upgraded to CR 11 this week. I have a report that includes our company logo on it. I'm using the report as a Designer in a VB6 app. For some reason, CR resizes the image to take up just the upper left hand corner of the alloted space. The alloted space is still there, but the image is smooshed into the upper left corner. It appears fine in the Designer at Design Time and if I open the report in CR as a stand alone report it's fine, but in the VB6 Crystal Reports Viewer it's tanked. I've attached two JPG's to help explain a bit better. One is the report in design time as it should appear. The other is the report at runtime where it's become the mini-me version.

Guess What?

I had this problem in CR 8. And I looked on internet and read that CR 10+ has a property where you can actually Fit Image Size or something (I donnot exactly remember). I don't know if it still have that Issue..And Yes, it SUCKS.

In CR XI, there is a property in OLE Object called "Lock Size and Position".
