Hi,

Easy! Click on the chart title, type and = sign in the formula bar, then select the range you want it linked to.
This is from Microsoft Excel Help:
Link a chart title or text box to a worksheet cell
You can link an existing chart title to a worksheet cell or create a new text box that is linked to a worksheet cell.
1. Do one of the following:
To link a title, click the title.
To create a linked text box, click the chart area.
2. In the formula bar, type an equal sign (=).
3. Select the worksheet cell that contains the data or text you want shown in your chart.
You can also type the reference to the worksheet cell. Include the sheet name, followed by an exclamation point; for example:
Sheet1!F2
4. Press ENTER.
That's what I thought but it doesn't like it for some reason. Thanks anyway.
how do you do this when you want a title of a tab, a sheet worksheet as it has no cell
cheers
