Is there a way to disable the access of the Display Properties Dialog Box (where you set your screensaver/wallpaper/etc) in Windows 2000? I have done this before on WinXP, but that method doesn't work on 2k.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

It should be under local computer policy.
