[RESOLVED] New to vb networking - HELP NEEDED!!!

maybe i should put this simple and straight,
i'm new to networking and i want to know if i can network with and within LAN

maybe about 4 or 5 lan computers non - internet related

Try searching for winsock... What exactly do you want to do?

like create a timer app i.e the server and the client

the timer server can controll all other computers timer.

just like a cybercafe timer but just on 4 or 5 computers

and making one of them the server.
