Re: laptop not working :(
I am assuming you have a shuttle pc and are running XP SP2, in which case it seems to be a common problem. It appears that you need to disable L1/L2 cache in bios then boot in safe mode and uninstall SP2, then you can re-enable L1/L2 cache.
Do a google for "atisgkaf.sys" and you will see a ton of articles (if you have a shuttle pc).
Re: laptop not working :(
whats a shuttle pc? the make is time. and i did't understand a thing you said then, could you explain?
Re: laptop not working :(
If your laptop has a Shuttle Brand Motherboard then it seems to be a common problem with SP2. I would check your BIOS version if you do have a Shuttle Motherboard and see if a newer version is available from shuttle:

Or check with Time tech support and see if they have a fix
Re: laptop not working :(
i dont have a shuttle motherboard
Re: laptop not working :(
Then I would try to simply boot from the XP CD and perform a repair
