Remote Registry Editor?

I need to edit the registry on my Pocket device all the articles that I have read talk about a "Remote Registry Editor" from Microsoft. I have done a number of searches on Microsoft's Site, and found a bunch of stuff talking about it, but I still have not found where to download it at.

I could use a pocket pc registry editor that I have seen on the web, but my devices does not have a touch screen and the ones I have seen appear to rely heavily on clicking on folders and such which is difficult for me to do.
