register ocx using installShield Express

Hi

i use in my program some of vbacceleator controls

i added the to package but when i press "properties" and go to tab "COM & .NET settings" there is two registration types :

Extract COM information
self-registration

which one i should use for the user made corntrols and for msrichtext
