Hi,
Does anyone know if there's a workaround for develping asp.net sites on a remote server?
I'm using .Net 2003
When I try to set up a new project it doesn't give you the option for creating it anywhere but the LocalHost
Cheers Al

mendhak,
Thanks for your reply, it would seem to indicate that you can! :thumb
How do you set it up? - Select ASP web app and replace localhost with the remote server ip address?
Does .Net or Asp.Net need to be installed on the server? I've already installed IIS, The framework and Service pack and have .Net installed on my local machine?
Cheers Al
You will have to have .Net installed on the server as well as (I think) Front Page Extentions (2002 version are the latest). Then when you enter the IP make sure you check the box that says use FrontPage (settings I think) to connect.
