I would klike to write a macro for closing (without promp for save) all files opened that are cointaned in the folder named "pippo". I files are .xls and .doc.
Do you have any idea?

From what platform do you want to do this (baring in mind that VB does use macros, VBA does.)?
Also, why do you want to do this espcially without providing the user the opportunity of saving their work? This sounds a bit suspect.

I would like to do this from excel (Vb in excel). I don't need to save the files...because they are only temporary files that I use for other main files..I'm the owner of these files and the only person who use these files. they are on my personal pc.
