i would be pleased if u answer on my question?
how to send sms using ASP.net ; and if u bring method that make this what external hardware tools i need. i havent any knowledge in this; how can i make registeration with international mobile comany.

i think you need to register with a gateway company,
the gateway company shall communicate with various mobile networks etc...
im only starting to deal with this kind of stuff myself now so if i shall be of no help at the minute,
gateways sms shall not be free also
