I have done a little bit programming in vb.net but i never tried any thing for the mobiles. Plz help me to know that how can i create asimple program my be a text message display for the old fashioned mobile phone and deply that to my mobile phone.

You should look on Nokia's website. I just checked my phone, and it doesn't have any Help or About screens on it. That's where it would be. You can check your mobile to see if the OS is listed.
