<Resolved>:Transparent PNG on IE
Is it only my IE6.0 that can't show real transparency of PNG images?
I have created a LINKS.HTML with billion links, all of them PNGs. I've checked 'em with FireFox and they look just fine. What's wrong with my IE? is it because I have d/l it from microsoft.com? ;)
Re: Transparent PNG on IE
IE doesn't support the alpha channel in PNGs. As such, it doesn't support transparent backgrounds of PNG images. Supposedly there's a javascript hack out there that will allow it, but I don't know how well it works.
Good news (if you can call it that) IE7 (with WinVista) is supposed to have transaparency support for PNGs.

It does, and it won't be limited to Vista - the beta works on XP :)
