Problem with registering dll/tlb

Hallo

I have the following errors when I run my setup file:

Msvcrt.dll (Access denied)
Expsrv.dll (Error occurred while registering the file)
Msado25.tlb ( '' '' '' '' '' '')

I would appreciate any help.
