See if Windows is "Disabling the device when not in use". It may be in the power setting, or for the mouse itself.
i can't seem to find that setting....do you have other suggestions?
is this an optical mouse???
I have a wireless mouse as well, at first.. it JUST skitters around dunno why.. I was working on a reflective smooth solid surface. so I got a black material, that would not reflect and the mouse did fine after that. :)
yes it is
if it is skidding around,it could be because you're using a rough surface..or the batteries could be low on the mouse...
