Is it possible to lock the taskbar in Windows 2000?
Hmm I dont have a copy of windows 2k up to check right now, but I can suggest the usual places.. Either right click on the taskbar in an area where nothing is displayed. And check lock the taskbar from the menu... or go to start -> settings -> taskbar and start menu and it should be under there somewhere.
From my memory, yes it was possible in 2000 the same way it is in XP. ;)
I've checked both 2000 Pro and Server, and I didn't see it. If you can do it, it must in some other spot than it is in XP/2003. :(
Yup, your right. I double checked on our 2000 Terminal Server and its not there. I think I was thinking of IE where you can lock the toolbars. :(
How about here?

"LockTaskbar"=1 (Disable)
"LockTaskbar"=0 (Enable)
You sure that works?
I don't see why it shouldn't :)
