I'm trying to display a text box with info from Description1 field. It is of type "memo" in Access. It shows nothing. If I use "text" data type in Access it works fine. How do I make it work; I need the size of "memo" type and tryed Cstr() with no results.
<td align = 'top'>
<B>Description of Problem</B><br>
<TEXTAREA name = "Description" rows = 6 cols=30>
<%=Query("Description1")%>
</Textarea>

You'll need to either set the value at the form start up or by calling a function or sub.
This is Javascript but you can do the same in VBscript
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript">
function showTheDate() {
document.check.ToDate.value = Now()
}
</SCRIPT>
Try something like this
document.Form.Description.value = varName
