I was wondering if there was a way to make Visio check if another program was running before shurrting down. I know to use Visio's BeforeTerminate, or whatever, event. how do I check if another program is a current running process though?

Do a search for Enumerate Process or Terminate Process. Instead of Terminating you would send back a boolean
that it was found or not. ;)
The VB6 code will work in VBA with minimal modifications reaquired.
