Service won't start automatically when machine restarts

This is another issue from the same service I'm creating (I posted another question few minutes ago).

I install the service. It IS set to automatic restart. I set also to restart the service after every minute if for some reason doesn't start. But still it won't start!! Really crazy... If I start manually it works fine!

Post your code. It's hard to guess what you are trying to do, much less why it doesn't work!
