You could use IE. Just make it a favorite, and go to organize favorites.
Click the Make Available Offline checkbox, which will give you a screen that you can choose when you want to download, and how many levels you want to download.
I use a shareware software Offline Explorer, i found it very useful, and it does the job perfectly. Moreover, it has many settings which you can configure.
you could also use frontpage... there is a inport feature that will download most of the entire site. but you may not have frontpage :(
What about trying the WinHTTrack Website Copier its free easy to use.loads of extras.
