neverending crystal problem

Someone pls tell me what on earth is wrong with crystal reports??? I try do deploy my application (since the day before yesterday) and I do everything by thebook: all the reports have the build action property set to Embedded Resource, I included in the setup project every single merge module (not only managed.msm, Database_Access.msm, Database_Access_enu.msm and regwiz.msm but all of them just to be sure) and I installed the .NET Framework from the developer machine.
And yes, the regwiz one has the license!!

But of course this is not enough, I receive the "Query engine error blablabla"..

On developer machine every report works fine and the only difference between this machine and the client machine is that the client doesn't have Visual Studio .NET installed.

I am using Visual Studio .NET 2002.

Any any idea it's a big help for me. thank you

crystal patches their software like bill gates makes money.. constantly

go to www.businessobjects.com and apply any and all updates that pertain to your version of crystal reports. Or search the KB they have there for the error message, the KB they have is actually pretty good, but sometimes it takes a few searches to find the article that will help you.
