Transparent Form, Opaque controls?

Is this possible?

Basically I have a form that's opacity is 50%, but I don't want the controls on the form to be transparent.

I tried overriding the WndProc and such, but couldn't get it on my own.

Need a little help... :)

Edit: if that's not possible, what about only certain parts of the form being transparent?
