CDONTS for PWS?

Is there an object similar to CDONTS for PWS/Win9x?

I need to send an e-mail through a ASP/HTML page. Can anyone suggest how I do this?

For Windows 95/98 and NT Workstation, you can
get CDO by installing Outlook.
