You probably thought I was asking a dumb question right? Nope, my question is this: Whenever I ask a question someone comes up with a great API to do it. I'm wondering how they come up with these. Besides the apiviewer, is there something or a site that describes all the api funcs and results???

You missed the best:"The Windows Platform SDK"
It has explanations of every API or WM or everything about Windows you would like to know.
A little minus is that it may be a little hard to use in VB cos it is C++ oriented.

You can view it on msdn.microsoft.com.

Thanks for asking Chris_SE, I had the same question. I always get great replies to my posts, and alot of them involve API calls. I always wondered where the BIG BOOK OF OF API CALLS was, and now I know.
