Looking for someone to help

I am looking for someone that may be willing to make a program to extract the contents from a certain .dat file giving the opportunity to edit the texture and reloading the edited texture back into the .dat file. I can supply a .dat file from this certain game if anyone is interested in helping me. Thanks. :blush:
