No idea how fast my line is....But isn't their calculation wrong? I thought 200Kb was 204800bytes and not 200000bytes.
ØØ
Nope, 200KB is 200000 bytes. 200KiB is 204800 bytes. ;)

So I guess there is two options here. They say one thing, and mean an other thing. Or they are wrong. KB with a capital K actualy means 2^10. Thats it...;)
ØØ
Doh!!! I can't do negative reps in chit chat. NoteMe is right, penagate. ;)
*Officially*
kB = 1000 bytes
KiB = 1024 bytes
KB = non-existent
But in *common* usage
KB is taken to mean 1024 bytes or 1000 bytes.
Since there is no official definition for KB, then I'm not wrong, but Note isn't right either :D

Sure I saw it, here is a direct quote from it :D
There you go. I did say *officially* non-exisiting. ;)Quote:
However, the K prefix was never formally mandated and it is not used consistently.
And the reason it is not used consistently is because of n00bs like those who made that test page. Everyone should follow the rules no matter if it is a written rule or unwritten rule. They are wrong..:)...they should improve their spelling...;)
Yep, so true.... everyone needs to improve their spelling :D
I can't say anything agains that one..:D

At least one! :)
