Answer.com is also in my Fx search bar, but I rarely use it. I just wanted to quote a quick definition, in a version that was fit to print. :)

I use google, just type this as your search: Define:lummox

In google you can type define: word

Did you know in Firefox you can add a quick search bookmark in the quick searches bookmark folder? I did one for PHP. All you have to do then is type: php function_name in the address bar and Firefox does the magic.

There are default ones too, google and dict. But any site can be added :D

I think it collects from several sources, at least that's what I can notice by the links under the explanations.
Anyway, I like using google because I own stocks there :)
