Occurance counter VS2005

Hi,

I am connecting to Access Database using Visual Basic Express 2005 Beta 2.

I am using Datagrid to display the data.

I want to add an occurance counter. Example if 1111 appear twice in the entire database the counter would be 2. How can I do that? Please advice. Thank you. :)
