Access - field names -- variable
On my table i have fields like
WorkerID
Course1
SD1 (startDate1)
ED1 (enddate1)
Course2
SD2
ED2
all the way to 15.
Now I want to store certain dates into this..so I have been trying to enter the data into the fields with this

intcounter = intcounter + 1
fieldnames = "SD" & intcounter
RsStorage.Fields(fieldnames) = Date

But that doesnt work...For the record thats not a copy, i just wrote it out now..but its basically what i am trying to do

You need to use the .AddNew method of the recordset to add a new record. Then assign values to the fields and do a .Update.
You say you have 15 "sets" of fields. Sounds like your db is out of logical design.
You should have a Courses table with a related table - WorkerCources. These tables would look like so.
Worker

WorkerID | First_Name | Last_Name | Age
Courses
----------------------------------------------------------------------
CourseID | Course_Name | Instructor | Location | Start_Date | End_Date
WorkerCourses
--------------------
WorkerID | CourseID
