Interfacing with pc30 card

Is anbody familiar with the pc30 card or is it just made in South Africa?Anyway it is a general interface card that fits into the isa slot. I need to know how I can interface with this hardware. Is there like a generic code to communicate with the isa. I know some programming but not much of vb
