Web Server Hacked by iSKORPitX

Our Windows 2000 server was hacked over the weekend
Installed was an x.asp page and index.asp, index.htm, default.asp etc
in many of the folders.
It also redirects to http://www.mavideniz.org/
Google seems to find a lot of activity on this but nothing specific as to what vulnerabilty was used and how to prevent it.
Is anyone away of how they got in and what action I can take to prevent furthur hacks of this type?

Pleas give me any relevant information on this 1iSKORPiTX. He is an extreme Muslim, and I want to take him down. He is situated in Norway.
