My applications compile.
But when I run them in IE I get the error:

Woohooooo FIXED IT! 4 DAYS LATER!!!

All over the web it says to turn off Index Services, but I have this disabled so it wasn't that :(
Also, on demand virus checking can also lock .NET files down, we have had this before, but MacFee wasn't to blame here.

What was to blame was the IIS Anon user account was set to IUSR_MyPcName, and Not ASPNET!

Juch an easy fix!
