cURL in VB 6??? is it possible

Hi, I have programmed with VB for quite a while but am totally new to cURL. What i need is to be able to call cURL from my VB project and pass commands to the command line. I have no idea if what i'm trying to do is even possible. Has anyone some sample code or suggestions on using cURL or libcurl with VB??
