ASP.NET Question [RESOLVED]

I know its got nothing to do with VB but it could be a security hole.

I went into control panel to set up an account for My little sister (on XP home) and there was another account named: "ASP.NET Machine a..."

What is it, and its it a bug?

It's the account used by ASP.NET applications when running on your machine.
