I suspect neither of these will occur though.
A) I am in Notts and they arent going to let me drive that long
B) I am in Notts there is no such thing :afrog:
I have tried, and god knows I've tried, to make you see sense by getting a NICE car.Quote:

But not a roadster!!!! :eek2:
I liked the Puma but it is too popular and I couldnt really sense the speed. Hence too expensive on speeding tickets :afrog:
The others are boring square pieces of metal with about as much creative style as a dead fox under a Weetabix lorry :afrog:
Can't you pretend to be a millionaire and test drive say a ferrari or if that looks bad, try a p1 subaru impreza ?? They are meant to be nice... very nice. :)
He forgot to add that he was ordering 3 male prostitutes later in the night.
Because i might buy the smart not a ferrari

Because I dont want to kill them with the fumes or look like i am making up for something!!! :afrog:
Have you ever been in an escalade? I have (in a showroom). It is the worse 'luxury' car I have ever seen. Plasticy interior, hard cheap seats, squishy suspension (you can tell that just jumping in the back!). RUBBISH! They are only £35,000 new too. What a pile of crap, you'd think rappers would buy something a little more expensive to show off their wealth.Quote:

wossy youre missing the point. The point is not the car, the car is the medium.Quote:

I drove a $600K Mercedes around a test track. Damn traction control sucked. The back end broke loose around a pylon, and I though the car was going to hit a generator that was there. Thankfully, it missed, and nobody saw it. I can just imagine having to pay for the next 26.8 years! Be careful !
It goes on their insurance and its not a test track :)
i had to sign a waiver and show proof of insurance. almost drove it into a wall on purpose. hell, for what i'd pay I might as well wreck it and pay a little longer.
I drove the most expensive one instead of the fastest one.
they ony gave you 50 yards for the acceleration section (from a standstill) and this think was like a tank. got up to 30 mph or so, and had to turn.
Still it was fun. Can''t say I'll every\ be driving one again.
Bod, I hope you are not considering a new one?
At 16k that is a big time rip-off.
For that price you could get the new fiesta. 150hp!!!!
I took it for a test drive and it scared the living **** outta me. It was phenomenal!
Apparently the 0-60mph is 7.5secs, and I could believe it. I already got one on order! :D
And think of it this way, for the price of a new roadster, you could have the fiesta(climate control, CD player, deadlocking etc.) with sports kit! :)
Not having a go Bod, coz if you like the roadster then good for ya, but test drive as many cars as you can. This is a massive purchase and you got to have it for at least 3 years so have something that will:
A) Keep it's value
B) Not need maintenance
C) Fun to drive
D) Secure
Of course you can't get more secure than a roadster....coz no thief would be caught dead driving one!! :D
Im not buying new that is a rip off :afrog:
Cool, check out the roadster prices that are two-three years older than what you're looking at. Will give you an idea of depreciation. :thumb:
Bodwad bashing is so much fun!!!!Quote:

The fiesta is a boring looking car and not as funky. I dont know why I just want to be differant for a change. I test drove a Puma and it didnt feel like it was going very fast which removes the point of speed if you ask me :D
You'd rather feel the car rattling around like mad when it reaches 70mph :ehh:
Immobiliser's are standard now so don't worry about that. Only some have deadlocking, which shuts down the starter motor if a window is broken when it's locked. Stops anyone driving away with it.
What about the Mazda's? They make pretty sweet cars
Roadster is convertable too much better than a fiesta :D
Mazda's are womens cars. The small ones are anyway :afrog:
You need to feel the speed or whats the point of a sports car. Smart roadster is made to be fun to drive not just fast and boring :afrog:
10 i love them cars
 :thumb:
This must be a european thing. I assume the Fiesta is not the Ford Fiesta. That would be making a statement like: "I have no taste" crossed with "My diet consists of roadkill and cigarette butts."Quote:
