Latest WIN32API.txt

Anyone know where on MSDN or Microsoft.com I can find the latest version of WIN32API.txt?

dont know if they ever actually updated it or not... do you have the allapi guide from allapi.net? I have used that more times than the api viewer as it has examples and more descriptive info...
