Simple Emailing

Hi, I want to add a really simple (code wise) email to my project. I don't want any user input and want the email address, server, title and message to all be included in the code (i.e it sends to [email protected] automatically). So basically all the form will be is a button that says SEND and the rest will be done automatically if you understand :).

I want to learn from this so i want it nice and simple if possible :)
