Opening an ActiveX form throughout another one

I have two ActiveX dlls with some forms in it. Let's call them X and Y.

Is it possible to open Y throughout X? And how?


PS. I've tryed it, but I had an error (403 non-modal form to be called) and I don't want to put it in modal state.
