form controls help

This is my first attempt a making a form...I want to make something like "inputbox" but with more input boxes...I managed to do it, but had to use a refedit control as the input box because there is nothing else in the control toolbox...shouldnt there be a textbox there...??? nothing in additional controls like it...got vb6.3 in excel 2003...i dunno?

If you are using Excel 2003 - VBA, as your post seems to imply then of course there is a textbox control in the Toolbox.

The Textbox control is represented by - ab¦ on the toolbox.

just select it on the toolbox and add it to the form !
