ok i have no experience in this whatso ever i need to get some code which uploads a .txt document to some webspace i have, and then some code to download it back
eg chat client has changed ip, new ip is added to .txt sent to the ftp then another client downloads it again with the new ip.
The attached file is an article I wrote a couple of years ago. It used to be published at VB2TheMax but no more...
looks good, but my knowledge at the moment is not enough to follow it :S, have you got just the code for a working ftp? :D

NT server and Unix server's file listing. Upload/download, resume, blah...
