text box multiline and CR+CF

How I put in the textbox, few lines with vbCR&vbCf ?

If you mean have several lines in a text box..

Set the multi line prop to true and then do:

Text1.Text = Line1 & vbCRLF & Line2 & vbCRLF & Line3...
