Licensing issues with Crystal 10 [Resolved]
Some of my users keep getting the following exception when trying to view reports using the CrystalViewer control:
"CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.OutOfLicenseException: A Crystal Reports job failed because a free license could not be obtained in the time allocated"
The license keycode is correct in the deployment package and I've checked it's still the same in the registry. I only allow them to view one report at a time (the form is a dialog box) so they can only ever create one instance.
But still the problem occurs!!!!
Any ideas???

Maybe this is relevant? If not try more searching on their site.
Re: Licensing issues with Crystal 10
Thanks for your help Robdog.
After spending all of last night checking out every conceivable link from google and tearing my hear out over the business objects support website, I came in this morning armed with a couple of things to test on my user's machine, only to discover she was using completely the wrong application in the first place.
That'll teach me to be too lazy to get off my backside on a Thursday afternoon and walk up a coupla flights of stairs to go and look at what she's doing rather than believing what she says over the phone!
Still, it's sorted now...if only I could do something about my bald patch so I don't look like this smiley any more ;)

Balding seems to be a common attribute of programmers. :bigyello:
