TreeView Combo

Is there anything like a Combo which is actually a TreeView. What I need is simple. I want a Combo... but like a TreeView. Am I clear enough?

I don't know. I've never used it. For its name... it seems it's what I need. However... is it free?

Binarymission's control seems to be paid. On the other hand, is the control provided in the second link suitable for VB applications. I don't want to sign in just to find out I'll not be able to use it. TIA,
