Package & Deployment Wizard

I had used the setup Wizard to previously package a project. I have a new project to package. I'm able to select the project, but when I try to package it, it shows the old executable. I tried to specify the new .exe but I get a message it is expecting the old .exe. How can I get around this?

Found the problem is that the folder where the project resides already had an exe file that I deleted. So I renamed the folder. But is there a way to not have to do this (i.e. I can go back later and redefine an exe without renaming its folder)?
