currently 10 gb partition on 20 gb hard drive, how do I make another? (windowsXP)

Right now I have a 10 gb partition on my harddrive but I would like to make another. I've looked around for a website that tells me how to on windows, but haven't had any luck.

Just right-click on the drive, and add partition.
