Version Control with deployment(resolved)

I have done this before but its been so long I have forgotten one step. I have an application and after doing some modifications, I wish to redeploy it. When I change the version on the setup module it creates the new product code and I know there is one place I need to change the version number so that it changes it in the windows registry. I cannot remember where I need to change this number. Please help.

Never mind, I just remembered theres the registry editor in the menu.
